In September, our guest was Janet Stauffer, candidate for circuit court judge. This month, our guest is Tom Peachey, candidate for the same circuit court judge seat. They are running for the seat that will be open because Judge John Kelly is retiring.
A second circuit court position will be open due to Judge Bernie Smith's retirement. So far only one candidate has declared for that seat: John Wolf.
Both positions will be on the May 2009 ballot.
