THE DALLES, Ore.—Aug. 25, 2008—Oregon Secretary of State Bill Bradbury, who completed a rigorous training program led by former Vice President Al Gore, will present and educate about issues and solution surrounding global warming at 1:00PM on Saturday, Sept. 13 in the auditorium at Columbia Gorge Community College.
